What is ORC low -temperature residual heat power generation technology

Low -temperature waste heat power generation technology refers to technology that transforms low -temperature waste heat into electrical or mechanical energy to improve energy utilization flexibility.

Low -temperature waste heat generation systems include water (steam) circulating power generation system, organic industrial -quality circulating power generation system,

external combustion machine thermostatic circulating power generation system, supercritical carbon dioxide circulating power generation system.

At present, after decades of development, ORC (Organic Langken Cycle) technology is more representative in this field.

Organic Langken circulating power generation system is a Langken cycle that uses low -boiling point organic matter as the working quality.

Most of the ingredients and construction quality pumps.

Organic work quality absorbs heat from the residual heat flow in the heat exchanger, generates steam with a certain pressure and temperature,

and the steam enters the transparent mechanical expansion and work, which drives the generator or drag other power machinery.

The steam discharged from the flat is to heat the cooling water in the condenser, condenses into liquid,

and finally re -return to the heat exchanger with the help of the industrial pump, so that it continuously circulates.
